Our Volunteers

Smart Leaders Network Mentorship Program has a variety of volunteers that dedicate their time and passion for the purpose of developing the Global Mentorship Program.  Without the support of our 12 volunteers we wouldn’t be able to successfully build a charitable program that works for our global community.

I’d like to profile some of our volunteers and thank them thus far for their efforts.

Lisa Rubinstein is a member of our Thought Leadership Counsel.  She’s supporting us through strategy and ideas generation in the program.

Lisa has spent much of her life observing the layers of leadership in a mission to unearth the underlying reasons for human behavior and the effects on organizational performance. Her curiosity about leadership performance is informed by an undergraduate economics paradigm and her innate sense of the challenges faced by senior management, gained from mixing with some of the world’s most senior executives during her youth and coaching top leaders for the past 15 years.

Known for helping leaders (and leaders to be) accelerate their performance, Lisa’s greatest joy is enabling her clients find their truth and unlock their full leadership potential within. As a trainer, seminar leader and executive advisor, she’s transformed the lives and careers of thousands of clients helping them to achieve a multitude of outcomes along the way.
