Our founder Barbara Nowak-Rowe is also Director of Leaders Group International. She is a high achieving and dynamic leader who divides her time between family, friends, work and various initiatives she is passionate about.

Smart Leaders Network (Leadership, Education and Development for Leaders, Executives and Directors) started as a LinkedIn networking group. The philosophy was to connect global leaders and to have a forum to discuss various aspects of leadership. Needless to say this group (established in March 2010) is growing strongly and a number of its members passed their comments:
